By\r\npresenting their manuscript text, the authors guarantee: the absence of\r\nplagiarism and other forms of borrowed materials misuse, the correctness of\r\nreferences to all used materials, the authors\u2019 details correctness.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Articles in Ukrainian, German and Russian are accepted\r\nfor publication. When submitting an article in German or English, authors must\r\nconcurrently submit an authentic translation into Ukrainian or Russian.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Nota bene: the article total volume should be 10 to 15\r\npages. For review and analytical articles, a slight increase in pages number is\r\nallowed.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>To be accepted for publishing, the articles must\r\ncontain the following necessary elements (of the Higher Attestation Commission\r\nof Ukraine Presidium Resolution No. 7-05\/1 dated of&nbsp; 15.01.03): general statement of the problem\r\nand its relation to important scientific or practical tasks; analysis of recent\r\nresearch and publications directing towards the problem\u2019s solution and upon\r\nwhich the author relies, highlighting the general problem previously unresolved\r\naspects addressed in the article; statement of this article goals (setting the\r\ntask); main research material presentation with the obtained scientific results\r\nfull substantiation; conclusions drawn and prospects for further research in\r\nthis area.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-ugb-accordion ugb-accordion ugb-083a7d2 ugb-accordion--v2 ugb-accordion--design-basic ugb-main-block\" aria-expanded=\"false\" id=\"\"><style>.ugb-083a7d2 .ugb-accordion__heading{border-radius:12px !important}.ugb-083a7d2 .ugb-accordion__title{color:#222222}.ugb-083a7d2 .ugb-accordion__arrow{fill:#222222}<\/style><div class=\"ugb-inner-block\"><div class=\"ugb-block-content\"><div class=\"ugb-accordion__item\"><div class=\"ugb-accordion__heading ugb--shadow-3\" role=\"button\" tabindex=\"0\"><h4 class=\"ugb-accordion__title\" role=\"heading\" aria-level=\"3\"> <strong>1. <\/strong>Basic requirements for articles presentation: <\/h4><svg viewbox=\"0 0 20 20\" xmlns=\"http:\/\/www.w3.org\/2000\/svg\" class=\"ugb-accordion__arrow\" width=\"20\" height=\"20\"><path d=\"M16.7 3.3L10 10 3.3 3.4 0 6.7l10 10v-.1l10-9.9z\"><\/path><\/svg><\/div><div class=\"ugb-accordion__content\" role=\"region\"><div class=\"ugb-accordion__content-inner\">\r\n<p>The editorial board draws the authors\u2019 attention to\r\nthe following structural requirements as to the articles prepared:<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>The submitted article text should be typed using the\r\nMS Word text editor (&#8220;doc&#8221; file extension). That article reviewed and\r\nverified, the author must save its copy as &#8220;pdf&#8221; version in addition\r\nto the MS Word file. Both article versions (in *.doc and *.pdf formats) are\r\nsent to the editorial board.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>All article elements shall be in a single style:\r\nTimesNewRoman font, 12 pt, single line spacing, paragraph margin &#8211; 1.25 cm.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Page options: \u201cOther\u201d format 17&#215;26 cm; margins between\r\nthe sheet edge and the text: top &#8211; 2.5 cm, bottom &#8211; 2.5 cm, left &#8211; 2.0 cm, right\r\n2.0 cm.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>The first page bottom should bear a text box that\r\ncontains the copyright symbol &#8220;\u00a9&#8221;&nbsp;\r\nall authors\u2019 names and initials and year. This frame format: text\r\nwrapping. Frame text font: TimesNewRoman, 12 pt.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Abbreviations and conventional symbols, in addition to\r\nthe common ones, are used in exceptional cases: explain them when first used.\r\nPhysical quantities and units of measurement should be given in SI system using\r\ninternational designations.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Manuscripts prepared without complying to the specified printing requirements shall be rejected. If the authors are not able to fulfill all the requirements for article\u2019s structure, the submission of material produced in free form is allowed, subject to additional payment for works related to formatting.<\/p>\r\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-ugb-accordion ugb-accordion ugb-773e2de ugb-accordion--v2 ugb-accordion--design-basic ugb-main-block\" aria-expanded=\"false\" id=\"\"><style>.ugb-773e2de .ugb-accordion__heading{border-radius:12px !important}.ugb-773e2de .ugb-accordion__title{color:#222222}.ugb-773e2de .ugb-accordion__arrow{fill:#222222}<\/style><div class=\"ugb-inner-block\"><div class=\"ugb-block-content\"><div class=\"ugb-accordion__item\"><div class=\"ugb-accordion__heading ugb--shadow-3\" role=\"button\" tabindex=\"0\"><h4 class=\"ugb-accordion__title\" role=\"heading\" aria-level=\"3\"> <strong>2. <\/strong>Rules of articles structural elements composing<\/h4><svg viewbox=\"0 0 20 20\" xmlns=\"http:\/\/www.w3.org\/2000\/svg\" class=\"ugb-accordion__arrow\" width=\"20\" height=\"20\"><path d=\"M16.7 3.3L10 10 3.3 3.4 0 6.7l10 10v-.1l10-9.9z\"><\/path><\/svg><\/div><div class=\"ugb-accordion__content\" role=\"region\"><div class=\"ugb-accordion__content-inner\">\r\n<p><strong>Each manuscript consists of the following structural elements:<\/strong><br>&#8211; UDC;<br>&#8211; Initials and last name of the author (authors);<br>&#8211; Full name of the organization (-s) employing the authors;<br>&#8211; Article title in the language of publication;<br>&#8211; Abstract in the language of publication;<br>&#8211; keywords list in the language of publication;<br>&#8211; Article text<br>&#8211; References list.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>These structural elements representation rules are as\r\nfollows.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>UDC: upper left corner, TimesNewRomanCyr font 12 pt &#8211;\r\nleft aligned.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Authors (full name): TimesNewRomanCyr font 12 pt,\r\nleft-aligned: surname and initials in the language of publication without\r\nindentation, left-aligned. Do not specify authors\u2019 degree, position and academic\r\nrank. In front of each author&#8217;s surname, his employer organisation ordering\r\nnumber in the relevant list of institutions\/organizations shall be given in\r\nuppercase font, for example, <sup>1<\/sup>Ivanov A.A., <sup>2<\/sup>Petrov I.I.\r\nIf all authors are from the same organization do not put such a number.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>The organization name is given in the next line after\r\nthe authors list, without indentation, italics left-aligned. Please give the\r\nfull official name of this article each author\u2019s employer entity in the article\r\nlanguage. Before the organization name put its ordering number in uppercase\r\nfont. You may not specify such a number if all authors do work in the same\r\norganization. Each organization name is given in a new line. Next line after\r\nthese institutions\/organizations list shall be empty.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong>ARTICLE NAME<\/strong>: TimesNewRomanCyr 12 pt font, bold, capital letters, first line without indentation, single line spacing, center alignment. One blank line should be left after the article title.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><em>Abstract<\/em> written in the language of publication should fully\r\nreflect the article content and the main results of study. Abstract length: at\r\nleast 30 words. Start with the word &#8220;Abstract&#8221;, TimesNewRoman font,\r\n12 pt, bold italic, 1.25 cm indent left. After this word, point and space type\r\nthe abstract text (TimesNewRoman font, 12 pt, italic). End the abstract with a\r\npoint. Do not leave empty line after the abstract.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><em><strong>Keywords<\/strong>.<\/em> In the next line after your abstract, list the keywords. Start it with &#8220;Keywords&#8221; in TimesNewRoman font, 12 pt, bold italic, 1.25 cm indent left. Further, after a colon and a space list 5-10 keywords separated by a comma (TimesNewRoman font, 12 pt, italic). Keywords should reflect the article main content, not repeating the title terms, but use those from the text as well as terms that define the subject area. The keyword list ends with a point. One blank line is inserted after Keywords section.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>The main text is typed in TimesNewRomanCyr 12 pt,\r\nfirst line indent: 1.25 cm,&nbsp; alignment\r\nnormal, line spacing: single.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>The article can be structured: at that each section\r\ntitle appears in bold. Each structural element must have its header. All\r\nstructural elements except the introduction and conclusions are numbered in\r\nArabic numerals. If necessary, multi-level numbering is possible, limiting the\r\nlevels quantity as no more than three.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Each table should have a number after which and a dash\r\ntype its name ( TimesNewRomanCyr font 12 pt, left-aligned). Do not partition\r\nthe table; table orientation: only portrait. When filling the table it is\r\nallowed to decrease the font up to 8 pt.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>All formulas are introduced only using the built-in\r\nformula editor Microsoft Equation 3.0. Alternative option: interactive formula\r\neditor MathType. Other tools, including the updated Microsoft Word 2007 &#8211; 2019\r\nembedded Formula Editor, are not allowed. Formula alignment: centered, formula\r\nnumbering: on the right edge.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Illustrative material:<\/strong> created by machine graphics only (except for photos). Image resolution at least 150dpi, preferably 300dpi. Both drawings and photographs must be of a quality allowing to be printed in black and white. When color drawings and illustrations in the article, the authors shall submit to the editorial board the article\u2019s\u00a0 identical version containing those drawings presented in black and white. All figures should be cross-referred with footnotes in the text numbered in Arabic numerals (1,2, &#8230;) in the order mentioned in the text. Illustrations should bear: the inscription &#8220;Figure&#8221;, its number and name (spaced with hyphen) placed under that figure. Inscriptions on the drawings shall be made in font size 12 &#8230; 8 pt. Lines thickness: never less than 0.5 pt. Drawings and photos should be inserted in the article\u2019s text and additionally presented in separate files in the format * .tif, * .pcx. All figures are placed in the center of the page. Spacing before and after drawing: 6 pt.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>References should be made in the order in which they\r\nappear in the text. The reference number in square brackets must follow the\r\nauthor&#8217;s statement, formulation or surname. References to literature sources\r\nare made in accordance with DSTU 8302: 2015 \u00abBibliographic references. General\r\nTerms and Conditions of Composing.&#8221; This list shall be entitled\r\n&#8220;References&#8221; (TimesNewRomanCyr 12 pt font, middle alignment). Text:\r\nfont TimesNewRomanCyr 12 pt, first line indentation &#8211; 1.25 cm, alignment &#8211;\r\nbywidth, style &#8211; Normal, line spacing &#8211; single.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Nota bene<\/strong>: there are no punctuation at the end of the article title, author information, title titles, tables, signature, and references.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Additional elements of the article<\/strong><br>Article additional elements are submitted in the same file as the main article.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Composition of additional elements to the article:<br>&#8211; Article title in English;<br>&#8211; authors initials and surnames in English;<br>&#8211; full name of the organization (-s) employing the authors, in English;<br>&#8211; extended English abstract version with keywords (at least 1800 characters);<br>&#8211; article title in Ukrainian;<br>&#8211; authors initials and surnames in Ukrainian;<br>&#8211; full name of the organization (-s) employing the authors, work in Ukrainian;<br>&#8211; extended abstract in Ukrainian with keywords (at least 1800 characters);<br>&#8211; Authors details.<\/p>\r\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Only original articles that have not previously been published in other periodicals are accepted for publishing in the magazine.
