- Abstract

In the article, the article describes the free and forced convection of the layers of water in the channels between microwaves of friction belts of continuous and self-delayed vehicle brake discs. Defined forces acting in water layers. New concepts have been introduced. Dynamic thermal and thermo-dynamic layers. Based on the developed heat model of disc brakes of two types, their heat transfer abilities are estimated at dry and wet friction pairs.
