- Abstract

The problem of improving the quality of complex electromechanical systems of machines and mechanisms, such as industrial robots, based on the use of scientific results is a permanent and complex one that requires constant, coordinated research in many areas of theoretical and applied mechanics, mechanical engineering, mathematics, electromechanics, electronics, automatic control systems and engineering practice. Modern methods of scientific research make it possible to evaluate the quality of the future product at the initial stages of design, at the same time to optimize its structure and parameters, using the methods of system quality measurement of technical objects, based on the integral criterion of quality and typical algorithms of single- and multi-criteria optimization. During the selection and development of a specific model, the structures and parameters of the following constituent parts are first analyzed: executive mechanical system, electric drive, control system, typical objects of manipulation. One of the main requirements for the models was to minimize simplifications and restrictions and to be as close as possible to the real object. During the performance of the current work, the following tasks of evaluating the existing structures of the mechanical part of industrial robots and determining their typical structure were solved; establishment of the required nomenclature of service properties of typical designs of industrial robots; determination of priority assessments of the technical level of the structural construction of industrial robots. A statistical study of the parameters of 135 active designs of industrial robots and the corresponding priorities of experts based on consumer requirements for designs of industrial robots was performed. The necessary and sufficient nomenclature of service properties of typical designs of industrial robots has been established, which are: reliability of operation, loading and energy perfection, positioning accuracy, technological adaptability, speed of operation, service.
