Abstract
Moving a crane trolley, the flexible suspention load oscillates. These oscillations significantly affect the crane truck’s movement characteristics, as well as the crane’s operation reliability, its productivity and safe operation. Elimination load shifts while moving a crane trolley is an urgent task. Usually, the elimination oscillations problem is solved for cases of mechanical systems during transient modes of their operation (start-up and braking periods) motion analysis or during the whole motion period. However, the influence of the movement of truck itself (crane system) parameters on the optimal modes of operation of these systems analysis is not considered. The investigation purpose is to determine the optimal crane truck movement mode according to the dynamic criterion during acceleration, as well as to analyze the influence of the crane truck with flexible load suspension on its optimal movement mode parameters. To solve the determining problem of the optimal crane truck with flexible load suspention movement mode classical variational calculus, as well as a special dynamic criterion method are used. The weight ratios influence of the load and the trolley, the natural oscillations frequency of the system on the optimum movement trolley nature is analyzed. The solution results are represented by graphical dependencies.
